1. What PoshAngel is
PoshAngel is a tool that helps sellers prepare listings for Poshmark live shows using AI. It generates draft listing details and organizes them into files you upload to Poshmark yourself. PoshAngel never logs into or acts on your Poshmark account. We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Poshmark, Inc.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. One person or business per account; creating multiple accounts to obtain extra credits or evade limits is prohibited.
3. Credits, plans & billing
- The Service runs on credits. AI actions (such as generating a listing or an on-model photo) consume credits at the rates shown in the app.
- Credits and subscription plans are purchased through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and will retain access through the paid period.
- Prices and credit amounts may change; changes apply to future purchases and renewals.

4. AI output — your responsibility to review
Listing details (brand, title, size, category, condition, price, descriptions and any generated images) are produced by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing and correcting every listing before publishing it, and for ensuring your listings are accurate, lawful, and comply with Poshmark's rules and all applicable laws. Do not misrepresent items. AI-generated model images are illustrative; the item you ship must match what the buyer expects.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and information you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to operate the Service, including sending it to our AI providers to generate listings. You confirm you have the right to upload Your Content.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to overload the Service; reverse engineer or resell it; use it for unlawful, infringing, or deceptive listings; or attempt to abuse free credits, trials, or referral mechanisms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI output will be accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that your listings will sell. Your use of Poshmark is governed by Poshmark's own terms, which are solely between you and Poshmark.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the [3] months before the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your listings, Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use means you accept the changes.
